About Us
Three generations of Giganti, one quiet promise: jewelry that means something.
For nearly forty years, the Giganti family has crafted fine jewelry in Springfield with a simple idea — that it should feel personal, and that buying it should feel like a conversation with a friend who happens to know diamonds.
Today their family carries that idea forward. We curate the designers we love, source diamonds we’d wear ourselves, and design custom rings on the bench in our Springfield store. Most of our customers come back; many bring their children. That’s the only review we really care about.

When you’re ready, bring it in. We’ll set it on your hand, sit with you over the details, and quote the exact ring you designed — with no markup for the configurator.

Most jewelry stores send your repairs out to a third party. We don’t. Every job — from a quick rhodium dip to a full custom redesign — is done by our jeweler at our bench in Springfield.

Bring us a sketch, a Pinterest board, or just an idea. We’ll design it on the bench in our store.

Sizing & Resetting
Most sizings done in-house, often the same day. Resetting heirloom stones into modern settings is one of our favorite jobs.

Repair & Restoration
Tipping prongs, retipping, polishing, rhodium plating, chain repair — done in-house, never sent out.

Appraisal & Trade-In
Insurance appraisals by a GIA-trained appraiser. We also trade in older pieces toward something new.
