Paul Giganti opened the family's first jewelry store in Springfield in 1986. Carl & Gwen took the reins in 1992, and today the third generation works alongside them — three storefronts, three generations, one family running the place.
We’ve always believed fine jewelry is more meaningful when it’s personal. That belief shapes how we curate the store, who we hire, and how we work with you. We deliberately stay smaller than we could — because doing right by every customer who walks in matters more to us than scale.
Most of our customers come back. Many bring their kids in to pick out an engagement ring decades after we sized their first pair of earrings. That’s the only metric we care about.
