Bring us a sketch, a Pinterest board, or just an idea. We’ll design it on the bench in our store. CAD renderings before we cast — so you see exactly what you’re getting.

Sizing
Most sizings done in-house, often the same day. We’ll talk you through whether to size up or down based on your finger and the band style.

Resetting & Heirloom Redesign
Reset an inherited diamond into something modern, or redesign mom’s ring as a wedding band for your daughter. One of our favorite kinds of work.

Repair & Restoration
Tipping prongs, retipping, polishing, rhodium plating, chain repair, clasp replacement, watch battery replacement. All done in our shop, never sent out.

Insurance Appraisal
GIA-trained written appraisals for insurance scheduling. We’ll take photos, measurements, and weights — your insurance carrier will have everything they need.

Trade-In
Trade in older fine jewelry or watches toward something new. We’ll evaluate stones, metal weight, and brand value openly — no pressure.

- Do you repair jewelry I didn't buy at Giganti?
- Yes — we service all fine jewelry regardless of where it was originally purchased. Bring it in and we'll inspect it, give you an honest assessment, and quote the work upfront.
- How long does ring sizing take?
- Most simple sizings are done in-house the same day or within 24 hours. More complex resizings (eternity bands, intricate settings) typically take three to five days.
- Are repairs done in-house or sent out?
- Everything is done in our shop — we never ship work out. Our master jeweler handles tipping, retipping, polishing, rhodium plating, chain and clasp work, and watch battery replacement on-site.
- Can you reset an heirloom stone or redesign an old ring?
- Absolutely — heirloom resets and redesigns are some of our favorite work. Bring in the original piece and we'll examine it, show you setting options that work with the stone, and design something modern around it.
- Do you provide written appraisals for insurance?
- Yes. We provide GIA-trained written appraisals with photos, measurements, and stone weights — everything your insurance carrier needs to schedule a piece. Most appraisals are completed within a week.
- Do you accept trade-ins?
- Yes, we accept trade-ins of fine jewelry and watches toward a new purchase. We'll evaluate the stones, metal weight, and brand value openly and give you a written offer with no pressure to accept.
