Custom Ring Builder
Our online ring builder is provided to assist you in exploring styles, settings, and stones. Pricing and availability shown in the builder are estimates and are confirmed only after we review your design with you. Final price and specifications are memorialized in writing before any production begins.
Appointments & In-Store Purchases
Appointments may be booked online or by phone. Walk-ins are welcome. All purchases occur in our Springfield, IL showroom and are subject to our standard sales policies, which we will review with you at point of sale.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including photography from our branding sessions, copy, the Giganti & Giganti name and logo, and custom design renderings — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Third-Party Services
The Site integrates services from third parties — including JewelerOS for the ring builder, Calendly for appointment scheduling, and analytics providers. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
